ModelMart Terms of Service

Welcome to ModelMart (an AI API Gateway service operated by QuackForge Studio). By registering an account or using our API services, you agree to comply with the terms below.

1. Definitions & Service Scope

ModelMart provides an API Gateway Proxy Router connecting developers to 80+ Artificial Intelligence (AI) Models.

  • Developer/User: Individuals or entities using API keys generated by ModelMart to send API requests.
  • Seller/Partner: Authorized partners providing AI model access or compute resources via the ModelMart platform.

2. Accounts & API Keys

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. All queries made with your key will be charged to your account balance.
  • You can instantly regenerate or revoke compromised keys anytime from the Dashboard.

3. Payments & Balances

  • Services operate on a Pay-as-you-go model based on token usage.
  • Minimum top-up amount is 50,000 VND. Account balances do not expire.

4. Privacy & Zero-Log Prompt Guarantee

  • ModelMart applies a Zero-log Prompt Policy for First-party/Verified models: Prompts and completions are routed through in-memory proxy buffers and deleted immediately after request completion.
  • For Community Pool models, compute is self-hosted by sellers and security warning badges are clearly displayed.

5. Limitation of Liability & SLA

  • We commit to maintaining a minimum 99.9% uptime SLA for the gateway.
  • In case of upstream outages (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), ModelMart supports Auto-fallback to available equivalent models.
